We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of when an order has been received. If an item is out of stock but due to us soon, we will notify you to ensure it gets to you within your timescales. If you require an order for the weekend and you do not order it until earlier that week, we strongly recommend you select SPECIAL DELIVERY to ensure it gets to you in time. Royal Mail does not give exact timescales for delivery on their website, but an item sent 1st class can take up to 7 days.

For personalised printing items ie personalised banners, as long as your colour requirement is in stock, we aim to print and post all orders received before 1pm.

We are currently offering FREE uk postage on all orders over £10. Our method of delivery is Royal Mail 2nd class (approx 3-5 working days delivery from date of dispatch. Non tracked.)

Royal Mail 1st class recorded £3.00 : 1-3 days delivery from date of dispatch.(Tracked and signed for) 

Royal Mail special delivery Guaranteed next day before 1.pm - Please contact us for cost. 0208-641-9009 (next working day from date of dispatch) We do not post special delivery to arrive on a Saturday.

We accept no responsibility of items lost in the post due to incorrect address being given. Please ensure you check all details are correct at time of ordering.

Any items that are not required must be returned to us within 7 days in their original condition, unused and unopened. Written confirmation must be obtained from ourselves prior to posting.  All items must be sent via RECORDED POST to ensure a refund is given.
